Khanbahadur Awlad Hossain Khan  High School is one of the oldest schools in Bangladesh. Established in 1985 AD, this school has been moving forward as a leading institution in the world of education and culture of this country for two hundred years. With the aim of spreading English education in British India at that time, the Education Committee was formed in 1995 AD at the suggestion of missionary Khanbahadur Awlad Hossain Khan , this committee proposed to establish one high school in each district of Bengal region as part of the implementation of Lord Mackle’s modern education policy. As a result of the steps taken to implement this proposal, the Government Probationary School established in Manikganj is the current ‘ Khanbahadur Awlad Hossain Khan  High School ‘.
